Error when trying loading

Hello.

When i try to start/load the generic routine and press start. it says this.

Failed to load profile: The data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1

what is wrong, i've read the beginner guide and but i can't see that problem in there.

I tried to delete/redownload. Nothing changes, what im i doing wrong ?

You need to choose a profile...

So DL one, then choose it.
