Error when starts dungeonbuddy, not enyo etc (log attached)

Hi

I'm having trouble with this new installation of HB (98) - used 97 yesterday with no problems - but now with the new update, i get a combat routine capability error... i dont know, anyone got a idea? my HB works with enyo and questing.

i tried to do several of new fresh installs, with no result.
