ERROR when starting hb

Hey im having some trouble with hb, i get error when trying to start it, here's a log.

Thanks however now i've met another problem

can you translate this?

have you tried a fresh Hb installation?

Tried with a reinstall after i installed NET framework and seems to be working now, thanks alot for the support.
