Error when opening/stashing(?) (Logs included)

Hello. I always seem to encounter this problem, even before 2.1.2 patch. I can't seem to find out what the problem is. I tried fixing it but no luck. I was hoping to fix it so I wouldn't have to ask. But I exhausted all my options. I need help. Thank you in advance

Oh. And I only encounter this in Normal Rifts. No errors encountered when doing Trial and Greater Rifts. Thanks in advance.
