Error when open HB please assist

Honorbuddy.exe - Application Error

(big red X) The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

I just got back into the botting. so its a fresh start up. i tried with the profiles i want to use installed. and i even tried just unzipping HB and trying it that way.

I open WoW. Log in. Get my character started. then double click HB. I have it set to run as admin. and i am using windows XP. Please advise.

Ok here goes. i uploaded the image to photobucket. hopefully u can see it

and i dont believe there is a log file. It doesnt even start up. But if so. where would it be? i will look.

make sure that net framework is installed
