Error when launching HB

Hi,

I'm getting an error when launching HB. As soon as WOW logs in the HB icon dissapears and a message appears that states HB has stopped working.

I have tried to reinstall a few times now.

Any idea's

this can be caused by a number of things but to be sure please attach your log to the forum like this

Try a compete removal of .net and install the required versions

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Cant get HB installed properly.

Hey, Still having problems, Tried deleting & resinstalling the c++ and framework.
