Error? What the heck?

So I got HonorBuddy yesterday and its been working great but all the sudden I opened it now and it wont open, keeps shutting down and sometimes when I login with my key, it says Max Session Authentication Failed. Wtf? I bough a year for 1 session, whats going on how do I fix it?
 
Not a mod/even a coder, but Im relatively certain a log or atleast an error description would be useful here.
 
log on to Buddyauth.com and kill any sessions that are on, then try again.
 
Dipshit me, I forgot my Buddyauth info but the email I used for it, when I try to recover my password, it says it doesnt exist or that my account wasnt validated which I know it was... And that is the log.

Wait 10mins and then log in again.
 
Okay so now everytime I open it, is says Honorbuddy has encountered a problem. It says:

The type initializer for "Styx.Helpers.CharacterSettings" threw an exception.
 
We need a log.
Not you typing what is in the error window.

That is not a log.
Upload the latest .txt in the logs folder.
 
Thats exactly what I did.
That IS the log.
That is what it says when I try to log in.
 
KK, seems to be working now that I Re-Downloaded and sorry about that, still new :( Thanks for the help though so now I at least know for future reference.
 
next time you can just clear your settings folder and you should be fine
