Error v392 Demonbuddy has stopped working...

Windows 8.1 Error v392 Demonbuddy has stopped working...

There is no log it just crashes when i try to logon. Have tried both the new version and the new beta version. both get same errors.
Using windows 8.1 i believe.
I get additional info from windows:

...and crash.

just in case you're a stickler here is the exact same thing in an attachment
and i tried the non beta as well same error same crash here is that log as well.
