error UnauthorizedAccessException

hello,
i am trying to use HonorBuddy nut i dont know why its not working on my laptop.
i got Windows 8.1 pro 64bit.
i did setup everything and it should work properly, but every time it get stuck on "checking for buddy store products. this may take awhile"
so i checked on it disabled everything on buddy store still didnt work.
i tried to figure out whats happening so i tried to read the log file. -attached to you-
and i found it says:
"System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\mohammed\Desktop\HB\Settings\Kazzak\Evillpriest\MixedModeSettings.xml' is denied."

please i need your help.

Run as administrator. Then if you still have problems post this in the support forum.

Looks like you have an error in your settings folder.

You can try to either A. delete your settings folder and launch HB again or B. Do a fresh install of the latest HB zip.

If after that you are still having issues, please create a new topic in the support forums with the most recent log.

none of what you said guys works.
latterly i've tried everything you have just said and none of them work.
tried running it as Administrator, installing HB by exctracting it, also by using the installer even deleting the Setting folder.
none of these stuff made it work.
what else should i do?
still same error in the log
