Error trying to save file?? Cannot start HB, Help please

Error trying to save the settings file: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Donne\HB\Settings\Uldar\Grappos\CharacterSettings.xml' because it is being used by another process.


This happens everytime after the auth login screen. I tried everything.
