Error transfering pokemon from Gym

I have settings "Transfer, but keep one..."
Now bot caught pokemon with higher CP then prevous, but prevous pokemon at Gym, and obviously you can't transfer that pokemon.
Bot stuck at this

I've added Pinsir to ignore list at transfer, but i think this bug should be fixed, by skiping pokemons at gym on transfer.

I'm so lucky! Same problem with another pokemon.
Log lines 2644 and below.
