Error that i cant seem to figure out

Having this error so far i have tried:

1. Restarting Wow and HB
2. Restarting computer
3. Clearing cache and restarting wow and HB
4. deleting HB folders and re-extracting from zip

Nothing has worked it gives the same error everytime, and was working flawlessly everyday but today since i have started using it

Reinstall .NET and C++
Tell me if that fixes it.

Updated my C++ and ran a repair utility on .Net framework, still getting the same error, will try a complete uninstall and re-install on both

Hi I have exactly the same error all the time usinf the latest version 2.5.6396
the testversion gets deletet instantly after download.

On a side note i did find out that windows is pretty bad at cleaning up old installs of visual c++, as i had 13 total, HB is running smother than ever with that cleaned up and updated

No really, thanks, im usually pretty good at fixing my own problems, thus my low post count but this one had me stumped, and i know alot of people complain, but i find most of you quite helpful and patient
