Error! System.IO.FileNotFoundException HELP NEEDED.

So I get this error:

What I have tried so far:

1. Download fresh zip of exilebuddy.
2. Install Pre-requisites manualy one by one. (Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86), .Net 4.5.1)
3. Installed Pre-requisites using Buddy Dependency Wizard.
4. Restarded PC many many times.

NOTHING HELPS. Any ideas???

i don't know if this will help, but its just a shot in the dark. What i do is install the honorbuddy installer, the program will install all necessary .net files for you needed, and honorbuddy and exilebuddy share the same .net files

also is this a vm thats causing u issues
