Error starting: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I had this error earlier today, however it somehow got fixed by reinstalling .net frames again and waiting a few hours.

Now, the error is back, and I haven't touched my computer. I simply restarted GB.

Please help me out, there must be some sort of explanation for this.

I have just downloaded GB again, completely fresh installation - Running DX9 in WoW

Yes I do, just tired Uldum and Deepholm.

These profiles worked earlier today however.
