Error Report

When I get to the step of inputting my key into the box to start honorbuddy it doesn't work and offers to send me error report or don't send. I have tried re-installing it numerous times.
It worked once but I had a 64bit version of wow running so I restarted it and it hasnt worked since.

Now I'm just getting max sessions but I'm not using anything. I'm new so I know my questions and problems may be common ones but I have no idea what to do

When I put in some letters in the password box it goes through and doesn't crash but obviously it's the wrong information
