Error purchasing

Hey Guys,

Just trying to purchase this bot and getting this error.

Greetings,

something went wrong with the transaction.

You can always try again. If this Issue persists, please visit and tell us about.

Tried a few days ago and got the same thing, not sure if it is something I'm doing wrong or not.

Would love to try this bot out, but its a bit hard when it wont process my transaction...

Happy to PM my purchase details to a mod if that would help, but would rather not post them here out in the open.

The bot is still in development is it not? Being a honorbuddy user already I'm confident that they will get this working properly if it is not already.

I sent an email through to the address you provided a few hours ago and haven't heard anything yet, but hopefully they will find something that I'm probably doing wrong and let me know.
 
Same issue here. Attempted to purchase a trial 1 day version to see how it all worked. No go unfortunately. Same error as the OP. I have sent in an email as per request.
 
Just fyi.

After using the one day trial and then trying to purchase. My bank put a block on my credit/debit card for fishy overseas purchases. I had to call the bank and enable my card again to make the purchase.

Apparently some credit card fraud people will "test" cards with small purchases.

So just for you guys that try the one day trial, you may have to reset your card to make the actual purchase.
 
How long should I be patient for? 1 day, 3 days, a year? Not being snippy, just curious.
