Error profile T- Rift

Good came asking for some help for my key. The problem is this, I do not know q is always happening when I put'pra rift keep doing the same only makes a ***** and then the "Tracking error" then immediately says q profile finished as to, some already tested profile and to make bounties is normal, the problem is only with the R-rift already caught him with some other colleagues who have already and they tested my profile and saw q is normal, that is, the problem is being alone with myself. I wanted to know the Q can be doing so there is some problem solving. Attached print this one describing the error.

Possibly, you have renamed the profile file, renaming it back to R-RIFT.xml should solve your problem.

On your screenshot the file name shows as "R-RIFT o do dragon.xml", it should be "R-RIFT.xml"

before entering the forum, I realized with a friend. then I reset and changed the name but not worked, I ai then downloaded again with the original name, but also not worked. still continues with the same error

have you tried a fresh DB installation from scratch?
