Error problem (need help i'm new)

Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync: InjectionFinishedEvent_was_never_fired

Somebody can explain that to me?

that happends when the diablo 3 client stops rendering, like when its minimized, or diablo 3 freezes.

You can kill your sessions manually if DB crashed and accidentally left one open. Just register there if you haven't already
