Error on uploading a GB profile

Hello i've just downloaded a profile for GB and when i'm trying to upload to the GB auth got this error msg from the server
"
Error: Could not save the profile. Reason: There are multiple root elements. Line 2, position 4.. You may have uploaded the file in a non-ANSI encoding.

"

Any suggestions?

Which profile was it?

open the profile with a text editor and then choose "save as" you will be able to change the encoding

well have already tested this one , from the normal notepad from windows all the encoding options , and the notepad ++ software too.
Any other suggestion / solution?

Easy to tell , hard to be done!
I'm fully from work at this week , hopefully i will manage to get some "free" time to contact with you at weekend.

Seems i found a solution to the problem but i got a new one now!
I had already added many times a spot as blacklist (found the XYZ spot and added to the badnotes , pressed the "blacklist here" button from bot and i saw from the bad notes.xlm that the location is in there many times but the bot keep going to farm there and die all the time.
Anything special i can do for ?
