Error on SVN installation

I tried install a 64-bit TortoiseSVN on my pc(win 7, 64bit).
And I Just got an error message:

This installation package could not be opened. You can check the
manufacturer of the application, whether it is a valid Windows
Installer package.

I have downloaded the installation program from different mirrors but I just kept getting this message.

Can anyone help please?

I just solved this problem by moving the installation to the fold C:\.
