Error on startup!

Hello.
Just did a clean install of Demonbuddy, but as I log in, I get an error and all the buttons are greyed out.
I've tried to fix this myself, as checking for programs in this list, as well as unistalling all visual c++ and .net framework. But I can't get the Wizard Buddy to work, as it gets blocked from both Chrome and Anti-virus. Ive turnes Anti-virus of, and downloaded the wizard through IE, but when I try to extract the zip, it wont let me.
Ive then manually downloaded the .net and visual c++, but still the same problem.

Sorry, but not able to do that right now.

But come to think of it, I've had similar problem before, on this computer(at work) with Hearthbuddy. And the solution was that I had to NOT run it as Administrator when starting the program. But I can't seem to find a way to do this with Demonbuddy.
Is there a way to run Demonbuddy without beeing prompted with admin credentials?
