error on loading

I am getting this error msg when starting honorbuddy....

The type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.PVPSettings' threw an exception.

When I try and send error report it locks up at Transferring report. (ERR This application has submitted too many reports.)

clear your settings folder and you will be fine
