Error: msvcp110.dll is missing

This error comes to screen when i try to start my bot on my new laptop

Please help me

- i allready googled it and they (chip.de) told me to put the msvcp110.dll data in the windows folder in the folder stystem32 tryed it a couple times and re installed HB nothing happend in the windows folder is also a folder wich says wowsystem64 or something

Can you please help me i dont know what to do !!!
