What do I need to do if when I load HB and add a profile but you get this error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" ?

what do I do to load the profile and run it?

I take it back, it gives me this message when I try to log in, then I get a box pop up that says send error report and it says : Object reference not set to an instance of an object"? I am using HB 1.9.5.2, but I can load HB 1.2.4.2 and it does not give me that problem. Anyone know the deal with this?

Happened to me when I didn't have a CC for the class I was trying to bot, or you already have HB running.

Likely a file missing or incorrect. Try extracting a fresh download into its own folder and running it to see if it starts.

I did a all new download, new folder and everything. Now when it loads it says ;(with the test login)

With my login and PW it says;

Authentication failed.
Authenticating..
The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

and this is all with the HB 1.9.5.3!

Any ideas?

A few things:
1. The test/t3st account is limited to level 20, which is why you received that message.
2. The HTTP auth fail messed is related to the current issue with our ISP, see the announcements section.
3. The fact that that install auths means that there is a bad CC or Profile loaded into your other installation of HP that is causing the objref error.

Thanks for your help, I got it now. Tried to run with a new character on the test and it worked! can't wait for ISP issue to be fixed so I can use it on higher characters also.
