Do you have any anti-virus or firewalls running that could potentially be blocking the Honorbuddy executable?
Your log is saying that the connection is being closed to the BuddyAuth service.
There's not much I can tell from here then - there's still something blocking your connection.
I'm assuming it's something on your computer, but in the chance that it could be an issue in the BuddyAuth server, someone else would have to check that.
