Failed to start service memory thread! Exit Code: -1

Hi there

Just purchased unknownbuddy and get this error message.

Could not find any help in the forum for this message.

Is unknownbuddy offline? if yes - do I get the key extended as long I cannot use it?

FYI: If I follow this guide below from another thread, I dont get an error message.

However ingame there is no UI at all (and it is windowed mode)

Using Win10x64

How to use/setup UnknownBuddy
1) Close PUBG
2) Make sure Windows Defender is off
3) Start UnknownBuddy
4) Enter License
5) Press Start
6) Wait until window closes. And then wait 2 more minutes.
7) Start PUBG in window mode (or maximized window mode) and you see Ingame UI of Unknown Buddy
Please note you MUST use the launcher to run the program and no other files should be used. Another bit of helpful information is that you should have unknownbuddy saved in a folder and that folder should be sitting somewhere other than your desktop directly. If that does not work, please let us know the following information in #support on discord :
- Operating System?
- What Antivirus software do you have installed?
- Have you tried with disabling your Antivirus software?
- Does it show an error message or what exactly happens after license authentication?
Failed to Start Hack Error
This is generally caused by "whitespacing" in the file names. To fix this please change the file name to not have white space like the demo paths below:
C:\Users\eggy\Desktop\UnknownBuddy 1.0.0.6
^ with whitespace
C:\Users\eggy\Desktop\UnknownBuddy1.0.0.6
^ no whitespace

K got it. thanks. any idea when / where I get the info about updates? by email?
