Error message and max sessions

Hi,

I just bought HB and am trying to start it up for the first time but I keep failing.
First time i try logging on i get an error message saying that Honorbuddy has encountered a problem. The message is saying something about not being able to read the file fasmdll_managed.
I try to log in again after that i get yet another message saying Max sessons, authentication failed.

I have tried the following to solve the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling HB and i have also tried to restart my PC. I can't think of anything more to do really.

Would appreciate any help on how to solve this.

make a new Hb installation from scratch(delete the existing installation)

use your key on username field and leave the second field empty
