ERROR:Max Sessions

hi,i bought a key yesterday and it worked well,but i can't log hearthbuddy today and it show the error:max sessions,im sure there's no others know the key,i have tried to restart pc or reinstall hb many times but it doesn't work.
i have searched someting about it in the forum but found noting,so what should i do?


here is my log file,very simple:
