Error: Max Sessions in use

Hi, I'm having a problem with my honor buddy. I'm trying to use it on my laptop (I've normally used it on my desktop but can't right now) but every time I enter my information to log in i get an error saying something about max sessions are in use for this account. I even tried buying a 3-day trial and am getting the same error using that code. I've been using the same way of launching and logging into the account that always worked for me but now it isn't working.
