its been 5 days and i still cant bot. ive registered both keys with the email i used to purcase them . but i do not see any active sessions . can any one help

Register on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email used at checkout and kill your sessions in use.

Did you give them sufficient information?
Such as describing the problem?
