Error Loading Profiles?

I keep getting this when I refresh the profiles list:

Error - loadPath2a: WebClient does not support concurrent I/O operations.
Loaded 1 Path Names.
Running in CIRCLE mode.

i cant load any profiles either,

i select the file, hit upload, and it thinks then the page refreshes and nothing happens,
