Error in Catching Pokemon

What seems the problem here
Any suggestion on my setting ??

Make sure you're not banned. (log in on phone)
Make sure you're running new version of pokefamer
Make sure you have pokeballs.
If all else fails, restart the bot, wait for at least a hour and start it.

my account is newly created, i downloaded the new version of pokefarmer my pokeball are 80+pcs already tried to restart the bot and this problem is actually started yesterday

Try to change locations
Stop the bot
Wait how ever long it takes to get to new location using Gmaps (flying that is)
Then teleport to said new location and see if that helps
Also, try a different account and see if it still fails.
