Error.. ! I cant start Gatherbuddy

Hello, i have little problem with my GatherBuddy, I cant start . Im uzip on desktop, later i want starting , and i see this error .. i have Direct9 , 32 bit system.

just use honorbuddy, and GB2.

corrupted installation it seems,make a new one and make sure you are running Gb admin

It's still not working.. Im using HB> GB and i see same error..
