Error - HB wont attach and load, - Endscene hook failed

Just started getting this error, I re-installed HB with no luck either.

My character is in game before I load HB as usual and then

Logging in...

Error - Endscene hook failed: Could not successfully set up synchronization events.
Attached to WoW with ID 3100

any ideas?

run honorbuddy as admin
run wow as admin
