Uninstall net framework 4 and Visual C 2010X86

restart your machine

run our wizard as admin

once done with both of the installations,check for windows updates

install what needed

restart your machine and try again Hb

Yea I already downloaded that one earlier when I was browsing the forums to try to fix the problem it didnt help

Interestingly in my programs and features, c++ 2010 isnt there

ok so I tried that wizard again checked my files and neither had installed so im manually installing both 4.0 and 2010 well see if that works

Awsome My manual install of microsoft visual 2010 x86 worked, so for anyone using vista id tell them to manually install both of the files that are in the wizard
