Error ,,could not enable tasks"

Hello guys i just download the last version. first the cheat is loading, then i start the game when i come to main menu i dont see anything after i switch the tab there is an error window with ,,could not enable tasks".
I run in window mode, and antivirus and defender is deactivated. Anyhting else i have to do ?

are you logged in as admin on your machine?

is UB folder under your main drive?

Yes i am as Admin logged in and UB Folder is on main drive.

i was just checking another user via Teamviewer with the same error

enable your antivirus and set an exception for UB folder and launcher.exe

looks like even if the antivirus protection its deactivated there are problems
