Error: Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

Hi guys i need your experience!
I bought the bot few days ago. From the start i can't even connect to pokemon servers.
I m not a programmer but it looks like the bot doesn't handle my nickname...
Why i say that ? because login info is something like this: XXXXX+1 Yes it contain the following caracters: +1 :) It's strange because when i use another bot (no pub) it connect to the servers without any problem and work perfectly... I m confused because at this point, free bots works perfectly and this one isn't working...

As i see i have to put the logs so here is the log.
And i'm sorry for my english, it's not my mother tongue.

Me too with PTC, and on my phone (I only bot within a few miles of my home) I get either "Failed to log in" or "Unable to connect to server"



*Edit* I solved my problem, it was because I had not verified the account. Once I logged out completely on my phone, and entered the username and password, it prompted me to verify my email.

UPDATE: Still not working after the update.

I have tried to delete the bot & download again. Not working.
Reboot computer still not working. I have checked my account is confirmed, no problem at this point.
I created a new rule in the firewall settings of my os. Not working.
 
the special symbols on username bug is going to be fixed asap
