Error ban, Am I red flagged?

Hello, I know this might be off topic but if somebody is able to help me with his/her knowledge id be grateful. Long story short - I use a mouse that can autoclick for ages without a software, so Its kinda invisible to blizz. The problem is that I left it unsupervised for 5 hours to click on something (to make "passive" gold) and when I get back home I saw that my both accounts got closed (both on the same bnet) even when currently I was online only with one. 2 hours later I received a message from blizzard in my e-mail that says that they are reopening my accounts since there is no evidence of ch347s and h4cks and they feel sorry for the error they made. (the ban was for using ch347s and h4cks btw). So my question is - do you think my account is red flagged and they are waiting me to fck up and perma ban me this time for real? Thanks in advance!
