Error attaching to WoW - system.componentModel.win32 exception - access is denied

[Farmcraft]

I ran as administrator and running WoW as directx9 and in windowed.

I am no longer getting the "styx.helpers.charactersettings" error,

but i am now getting this

Yes, I use this program all the time at my home computer, So i know that the game has to be opened.

We have the game opened, and we get this problem.

Like i said, directx9 windowed mode, and ran as admin.

any other solutions?
