Error attaching Honorbuddy to WoW!

This is the first time that I have had this problem. Running a fresh install of both WoW and HB. Clean install and verification of dependencies both resulted in no change, and the game is running in 32-bits (x86 mode per the launcher splash screen). Error log attached:

None of the above. Raptr and synapse both prompt to install every driver update, and I decline each time.

Fwiw, this has not happened before. I last used the bot about 6 months ago.
