Error attaching Honorbuddy to WoW

I have just come back after a few months away. Updated everything (fresh HB download) and I cannot get HB to attach to WoW. I am running both WoW and HB as admin and WoW is in x86 (32 bit) DX9 (ran as DX11 too) mode. When not running WoW as admin I get the cannot set up_synchronization_event error and the with running both as admin I get the out of sync error. HB will start and then the window will close. Logs below.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Thanks for the info. I did all of that, but still have the same problem. My newest log is below, it is exactly the same. Any more advise?

also try dx11 instead and let me know
