Error attaching Honorbuddy to WoW! - System.Exception: Could not suc

Just downloaded the latest build and tried to run, and I get the above error. Log attached.

Edit: It works correctly if both wow and hb are running under the same admin account, but I get the error when wow is running under a non-privileged account, and hb is running under an admin account.
