Error after launch

Greetings,

I bought Honorbuddy about 3 weeks ago, and since then it had been working wonders, getting me honor and making my day. Until about 2 days ago, when, trying to do my usual routine, I pressed enter at the authentication page and it loads right up to the screen that you can select your options. Keep in mind, I haven't changed anything in my computer settings, nor have I ever had this problem occur. Any suggestions on a permanent fix?

Sorry to keep bothering but I ran CCleaner and it removed my authentication code from the saved part in my HB. I returned to my e-mail and found the mail with my authentication code in it, I clicked the link and it brought me to a problem page. See for yourself, how am I to get my authentication key?
