Error accessing TrinityRoutine.dll and Compiler Error CS2012

What I did:
- bought Demonbuddy
- Did a fresh (because first) install
- Downloaded Adventurer and extracted it to DBs root folder (after that a warning about an outdated Adventurer version disappeared)
- clicking on Settings-> Combat Routine:
[Trinity] Unable to open Plugin Config window!... see log file
- starting the bot retirns in
Compiler Error: error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\Honorbuddies C\Diablo\Bot\CompiledAssemblies\636042527725203100\TrinityRoutine.dll' for writing -- 'Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei "C:\Honorbuddies C\Diablo\Bot\CompiledAssemblies\636042527725203100\TrinityRoutine.dll" zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.'

What can I do to get DB running?

Thany you, Tony. Unfortunately it still does not work

DB 1.1.3036.462
Trinity updated to 2.42.110
Updated to Adventurer 1.3.4.40

Bot loads without showing an error.
Settings --> Combat Routine throws an exception:

[Trinity] Unable to open Plugin Config window!
[TrinityPlugin] Unable to open Plugin Config window!

Problem "solved"...
Clean installed for a second time and now it works - must have been a strange litte error.
