Error 316611 (Matchmaking Error)

I just bought Demonbuddy and when i'm trying to use my Queen Farming (level 2-14) profile on normal mode, it gives me the same matchmaking error over and over. I've downloaded the same profile (nightmare verison), and I got the same issue. I've logged out and back in, and started the game over; still having the same problems.

Anyone got any tips to solve this?

are you on the correct difficulty?
is the quest unlocked?

Having the same issue even when I'm using a different profile.
Some guy in another topic said is a DB bug.

I had the same problem, was missing part of the quest.
