Error 101

Hello , i have this problem on my computer , new honorbuddy realease is detected like a malware (bitdefender) and when i start honorbuddy.exe (administration autorised) it say Error 101

Honorbuddy was unable to launch safely.
Error code : 101
the way to the acces C:/....... acces nlibtnngvl.exe is refused

i am sure if you google it you will find a guide for it

malware is detected when i autorised the application , and i have another problem on my computer , who want restart to fix the malware
i can screen everything
but i have no idea , how to fix this problem
