Error 0x80070490‏

Hi , i've baught honorbuddy yesterday and when i went to install it I had this problem.It won't download with the instaler and wont start or work with the zip file.I keep getting Error 0x80070490‏, if anybody has an awnser for this it would be great !! here is the error log file
