erreur d'install 0x80070490

Hello le forum,

J'ai une erreur lors de l'install du bot : 0x80070490

J'ai déjà re-téléchargé l'exe et/ou le zip mais j'ai toujours le même soucis.

J'ai install :

• Microsoft visual C++ 2013
• Microsoft net framework 4.5.1

J'ai testé une ré-installe de windows 7 pro (64bits) mais même soucis.

As tu désinstallé les autres ?

- Supprime le dossier du bot
- Désinstalle tous les Microsoft C++ et .NET présents sur ton ordinateur
- Redémarre
- Télécharge https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html
- Extrais le, puis lance le en tant qu'administrateur
- Il va se charger d'installer les bonnes versions de .NET et C++. Une fois ces installations terminées, redémarre à nouveau
- Télécharge la dernière version du bot sur Buddy Updates en tant que zip
- Extrais-le dans un nouveau dossier
- Lance le bot en tant qu'admin une fois sur la fenêtre d'un personnage

Bonsoir, je suis dans la même situation, alors que j"était en raide, ne bot c'es arrêter et impossible de le relancer , celui ci m"affiche un log a la réinstallation

j'ai tout essayer , installer l"exe , je suis même passer par le zip mais celui ci me dis 'login invalide' auriez vous une idées ?

- Le pc est tout neuf donc aucune install du bot avant (et de toute autre chose)
- J'ai installé Microsoft C++ et .Net manuellement car justement le bot plante 2s après avoir exécuté l'install.
- Il est bien lancé en tant qu'admin

Mon problème se présente dès l'install, après avoir exécuté l'exe

win est à jour et c'est la même version (identique) que j'utilise sur ma tour sur laquelle le bot fonctionne.

Le problème est uniquement sur mon pc portable.

J'ai encore une fois :
- réinstallé Win 7 64bits
- mise à jour 100% (testé avec win update et aussi via le CD win histoire de tout tenter ^^)
- microsoft C++ et .Net installé manuellement (j'ai testé aussi sans les avoir installé pour que honorbuddy DL le tout mais sans succès :/)

Le truc hallucinant, c'est que j'ai la même config que sur ma tour (et sur la tour le bot s'installe). La seule différence, sur la tour j'ai des anciennes version de microsoft C++, ca pourrait être ca le soucis ?
Sinon le pc portable est un MSI.

L'erreur est toujours la même (après les nombreuses réinstalle) :/ donc cela doit être un fichier qui manque pour que l'installe se passe sans problème mais la je commence à sécher :/

Désolé, à cause de problèmes avec ma connexion internet, je n'ai pas pu répondre plus vite.
C'est effectivement probablement un problème lié aux C++ et .Net, c'est pourquoi les désinstaller puis lancer le buddymanager devrait régler le souci, comme dans la solution donnée plus haut.
Es ce que tu redémarres bien ton ordinateur après la désinstallation ? Ajoute moi sur Sype si tu veux, que je puisse voir ça de plus près
