Equiping random items

Hey I have the Auto equip plugin turned off atm. Although every time I look back to my character it shows it equipped with downgraded items where it shouldn't be equipping anything correct? Like lets say I have a 3 agi 3 stam chest on. I will look back in lets say 20 minutes and have a grey item equipped. Should I just remove the auto equip plugin that came with HB?

If this is not your problem, we'll need to see a full log, as Tony requested.
