Equip Confirmation Window Problem

When the bot is attempting to equip certain BoE or BoP items, there is a pop up that asks if I am sure I want to do that. The bot doesn't click the accept button. I tried checking off all the options I could find for equipping items, but the problem persists.

Any help is appreciated.

also any wow addons enabled?

The item in question is Keleseth's Blade of Evocation. Keep trying to equip it. I tried it with all add ons disabled, still doesn't work.
